THE PERSON YOU’RE TRYING TO REACH IS UNAVAILABLE

There comes a point when:
• your kindness can no longer be taken for granted,
• your time can no longer be stretched for people who don’t value it,
• your presence can no longer be offered in rooms that don’t honor it.

Let me say this clearly:
When you are unappreciated, you should also be unavailable.
Not out of spite. Not out of pride. But out of wisdom.

Because people who don’t value your presence need to get acquainted with your absence.
Sometimes the only way they’ll recognize your worth is when they feel what it’s like without it.

You don’t have to argue.
You don’t have to announce your exit.
Just quietly reclaim your peace and refocus your energy.
Here’s the naked truth:
You were never called to stay where you’re merely tolerated.
You were called to grow.
You were called to lead.
You were called to love.
But you were never called to be used.

So if they don’t celebrate you when you show up, stop showing up.
If they can’t appreciate your presence, let your absence speak instead.
Be okay with being unavailable.
